Ban the user above you!

Alright, this Game is pretty simple. All you do is ban the user above you, and give a reason. Of course, this is not real banning.
Rules:
-No offensive reasons.
-No reasons with swearing, illegal content etc. in.
-You MUST give a reason for banning.
-Please follow all Rules.
Try to make your reason as funny or random as possible.
Example:
Person 1: Banned because I am playing Castlevania DoS while throwing banana skins outside the window.
Person 2: Banned because you are making people slip.
Person 1: Banned because it's fun to make people slip.
Etc.
I'll start, even though there is nobody above me.
Banned because i have a brother
